Dr. Kawamoto and her team are truly exceptional, and they have earned my utmost respect and admiration. Dr. Kawamoto is a brilliant dentist who goes above and beyond to ensure her patients receive the best care possible. Her expertise is evident, but what truly sets her apart is her genuine dedication to connecting with her patients. She takes the time to listen, understand their concerns, and addresses them with compassion and expertise. I felt valued and cared for throughout my entire visit. The front office staff, Doreen, Linda, and Li, deserve special recognition for their eagerness to assist patients and their extensive knowledge of insurance coverage and dental treatment costs. They went out of their way to answer my questions and provide guidance, making the administrative process seamless and stress-free. Their professionalism and commitment to patient satisfaction were truly remarkable. Shay and Irene, the hygienists at Aspire Dental, are simply rockstars of hygiene. Not only do they perform their duties with exceptional skill and precision, but they also manage to make cleanings a fun and enjoyable experience. Their friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for their work made me feel comfortable and at ease during my cleaning appointments. I never thought I would look forward to a dental cleaning until I met them! Last but not least, the dynamic duo of the back office, Chan and Adela, deserve a special mention. They work seamlessly together, ensuring that the clinical aspect of each visit runs smoothly. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail are truly commendable. Update 6/14/22: I just completed my Invisalign treatment at Aspire Dental and couldn't be happier. Dr. Kawamoto and the team there were able to finally straighten my teeth in just a few months! Wow, what an awesome dental office! I've been looking for a new dentist and as soon as I saw this was going to be in the Market Place, I made an appointment once they officially opened. The office is super modern with all new equipment and cool technology. Dr. Kawamoto and the rest of the staff were so nice and friendly. My exam and cleaning were so much less stressful than my previous experiences. I highly recommend coming to Aspire Dental since it's so conveniently located. I'll be back!
I cannot say enough nice things about Aspire Dental. I had made an appointment to establish care but had to come in a week early due to some excruciating tooth pain. They took me in right away, took some x-rays and found that I had an infection in a wisdom tooth. The office staff made me feel very comfortable about how to treat the infection and made me feel very comfortable about getting my wisdom teeth removed. I had been putting this off for the last year because I had two bad experiences with other dentists in the area. Fast forward a few weeks later, my wisdom teeth are out and I am feeling much better! The oral surgeon on staff talked me through the entire process, took the teeth out and had me out of there within 15 minutes! They did such a good job that the next day my face was not swollen and had such minimal pain that I did not even need to take the pain killers. Thank you Aspire Dental Irvine!
